Add/Downgrade a Resource

  1. Log into the Control Panel. 

    The Control Panel's main dashboard displays:

  2. Select Buy Additional Resources from the Store section of the main dashboard.

    The first screen of the Subscription Resource Upgrade wizard displays:

  3. Select a service from the list and click [Next].

    The next step in the Subscription Resource Upgrade wizard displays:

  4. Scroll through the list of available resources, select what you need from the list, and click [Next].

    The next step in the Subscription Resource Upgrade wizard displays:

  5. Review what you have selected, select a Payment Method from the drop-down list, and click [Place Order].

    The order is placed.

    The final step in the Subscription Resource Upgrade wizard displays:

  6. Review your order and click [Exit Upgrade Wizard].

    The upgrade is complete.

  7. To downgrade an order:

  8. Access the Buy Additional Resources wizard once again.

  9. Select the appropriate service in the list and click [Next].

  10. On the second screen of the Buy Additional Resources wizard, locate the item you want to downgrade.

  11. Enter or select the final number of the selected resource you want to retain.

    For example: If you originally purchased 5 and now want 3, change the number in the New Limit column for the selected resource to 3.

  12. Click [Next].

    The Confirm Order screen of the wizard displays the downgrade difference.

  13. Click [Place Order] to finalize the downgrade.
