How Do I...

Customer Portal

If you are a Customer Administrator, and would like to submit a ticket to Customer Support, please login to the Control Panel, from which you can access the new Customer Portal. In the Control Panel, select Help & Support, and then Administrator Support. The new Portal opens. Select the Your Account tab, and then select Submit a Ticket.

If you are not a Customer Administrator, please contact your Customer Administrator to submit a ticket on your behalf.
