The Gold certification process is a rigorous one, and is intended to ensure that an outsourced application provider is operating at the highest level of service and delivery possible. The service runs in the background while a computer is in operation, and backs up important system data to an online storage center whether or not it is in use. It also features an intuitive user interface, making it the perfect backup solution for even non “tech-savvy” businesses.
