Good Mobile Messaging supports a range of enterprise-class Palm, Symbian Series 60, Windows Mobile 5, and Windows Mobile 6 devices from Motorola, as well as other hardware manufacturers such as HTC and Samsung.  For a complete list of compatible devices, please visit: www.good.com.

You must be a subscriber of the Apptix hosted Exchange email services to activate Good Mobile Messaging, and you need to provide your own mobile device and carrier service. Our customers typically purchase these from their chosen mobile phone carrier.

System requirements include:

  • Wireless Internet access on the mobile device (may require separate subscription from your wireless carrier: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, etc.)
  • Apptix supports Good Mobile Messaging 5.x
