Apptix Voice Service Earns an “A” from Customers in Recent Satisfaction Survey

Herndon, VA – December 19, 2011 – Apptix (OSE: APP), the premier provider of hosted business communication, collaboration, and IT solutions, received outstanding ratings from their Voice-over-IP (VoIP) customers in a recent independent customer satisfaction survey.

In the survey, conducted by Enterprise Research Group in the Fall of 2011, customers gave consistently high ratings to all aspects of Apptix’s VoIP service, including reliability, performance, quality, flexibility, and value. Customers expressed particularly high satisfaction with their set-up experience, with a 97% approval rating, and with Apptix Customer Service and Support (CSS), at 95%. The survey respondents gave their overall Apptix experience a 92% positive rating.
