David Ehrhardt

Responsibilities: Overall management of company strategy, operations and performance
Career Highlights: Prior to joining Apptix, David was the Chief Operating Officer of Spheris, Inc. a $210M company that provided technology solutions for the healthcare market. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer, and earlier CFO, of HealthScribe, Inc., which was acquired by Spheris in December 2004. Earlier in his career, he was the CFO of CompuCare and spent several years at Ernst & Young.

Chris Mack
Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities: Oversight and management of Finance Accounting, Tax, Legal and Human Resources
Career Highlights: Chris leads Apptix's Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Internal IT functions. He joined Apptix from Anystream, where he served as CFO. Prior to that, he held the positions of CFO and Senior Vice President of Operations for Spheris, CFO of HealthScribe, and President and CFO of ITC Learning Corporation. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and brings significant expertise to his role at Apptix, including extensive experience managing the finances and operations of public companies.

John Kersse
Chief Technology Officer
Responsibilities: Directing and administering all information technology operations
Career highlights: Prior to joining Apptix, John spent over six years at Network Solutions, where he was responsible for all aspects of Technology-based systems and Software Quality Management. Previously, John spent 12 years at NASDAQ, where he managed operations for its Maryland-based Technical Operations and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity division. John also spent two years at PSINet, overseeing the company’s technical operations in Virginia, New York, and Massachusetts. John began his IT career at Management Technology, and at the Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA).
Education: B.S. in Business Administration from Longwood College and the University of Phoenix.
Chris Damvakaris
Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Responsibilities: Management of Sales and directing Marketing strategy
Career Highlights: Chris is responsible for setting Apptix' sales and marketing strategy across all brands, focused on both direct sales and channel development. Prior to joining Apptix, Chris was the Vice President of Business Development and Product Marketing at Spryance, where he led sales, marketing and business development. He has also worked in sales and business development leadership positions at HealthScribe, Honeywell-POMS and QuadraMed.

Harold L. McGann, Jr.
Vice President, Customer Support
Responsibilities: Directing the day-to-day operations of the Apptix Customer Service teams.
Career Highlights: Harold boasts a 17-year background in Customer Service with extensive experience in the areas of training, call center operations, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Apptix, Harold spent eight years working at Network Solutions. He managed the day-to-day operations of two inbound and outbound technical support teams, transitioned a call center into an inbound/outbound contact center responsible for more than $30M in revenue, and was responsible for a Tier 3 technical staff for escalations. Prior to Network Solutions, Harold managed customer service teams at Snyder Communications and National Electronic Warranty. In addition, Harold served eight years in the United States Marine Corps.
Johan Lindqvist
Chairman of the Board
Johan was appointed Chairman of the Board of Apptix in 2007. He is also the Managing Director of Investa Företagskapital AB, a Swedish venture fund. From 2004 to 2006, Johan was the CEO for TeleComputing ASA. He served as the managing director of TeleComputing Sweden AB from 2001 to 2004. Since 1996, Mr. Lindqvist held various positions in Alfaskop AB, including serving as the CEO from 1999 to 2001. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Industrial Economy) from the Technical University in Linkøping, Sweden.
