Inside Sales Representative (Herndon, VA): The Apptix Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Apptix products and services by telephone, e-mail, online chat, or web form requests. The Inside Sales Representative will sell company capabilities and contribute to the development growth and profit of the company. The Inside Sales Representative will have a Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience and 1 to 2 years in a sales or sales support role. The Inside Sales Representative must have the ability to understand and negotiate the closing of sales and have a strong understanding of technical aspects of the company’s offerings.

Operations Engineer (Herndon, VA): The Apptix Operations Engineer is responsible for the management and maintenance of the applications, systems and system elements that represent the Apptix hosted infrastructure. The candidate would be responsible to utilize the Apptix prescribed tools, processes, and procedures to ensure that the hosted services run at peak performance and within all documented service levels. Candidates should have MCSE preferred, BS, CS, MIS or related experience. 2 to 5+ years technical experience with IT services in an enterprise production environment. Experience should encompass demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 2003 Server/Advanced Server, Exchange 2003/2007, Sharepoint 2.0/3.0, Internet Information Server (IIS), Knowledge of TCP/IP troubleshooting tools, Microsoft Cluster Services, Storage Management, and use of trouble ticket systems (Remedy, RightNow, etc).

Project Manager (Herndon, VA): The Project Manager’s role is to oversee and liaison the planning, development and implementation of processes and systems to improve the quality of our products. They will collect and analyze data to evaluate business process problems and develop requirements for improvements; manage implementation of new processes; and develop key performance indicators to monitor the new processes. Experience should include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Technology, or similar discipline. 5+ years with project management & client-facing customer service experience. 5+ years managing projects focused on IT infrastructure involving Microsoft products (is Exchange, SharePoint) preferred and the ability to support many simultaneous projects

Product Manager (Herndon, VA): The primary responsibilities will be to manage vendor relationships, define and finalize product requirements, prioritize feature lists and value proposition and pricing, based on competitive offerings and market requirements for Apptix. Provide leadership to the organization in product life-cycle management and deliver new products/enhancements in alignment with Apptix strategy. Experience should include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, Experience in telecommunications, specifically Voice Over IP in such positions as Product Management or Product Marketing Experience in messaging, collaboration, or other products offered as a hosted or managed solution. Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with external business partners and vendors. Requires a minimum of 7 years of experience with 2-3 in a product management role. Excellent communication and leadership skills and a professional demeanor for client interaction are essential.

Call Center Support Specialist (Herndon, VA): Meet business requirements by determining call center staff requirements, developing and monitoring schedules, improving resource planning, and scheduling systems. Experience should include at least 3 years experience in workforce management and experience with inContact a plus. Demonstrates knowledge of call center operations and workforce management with front line staff as well as senior leadership. Excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving. Must possess superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly establish rapport and maintain positive relationships with front line staff as well as senior. Proven ability to manage complex and diverse projects, problems and issues simultaneously. BS/BA or equivalent educational experience. Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills Strong knowledge of call center methods and technology. Experience working with remote support centers and business offices

Senior Engineer (Herndon, VA): The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for all production network, server, and applications. This includes design/build, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The Engineering team handles both R&D to improve existing production environments and to explore new technologies as well as Operational duties to maintain and optimize the current systems/environments. Experience should include MCSE preferred with 10+ years experience. Required technical experience should encompass knowledge of: Active Directory, Windows 2003 Server/Advanced Server, Exchange 2003/2007, SharePoint 2003/2007, WSS 2.0/3.0, SQL all ver., Microsoft Cluster Services, EMC Storage Management, Hardware base SNAP shot technology, Outlook 2003/2007, Internet Information Server (IIS), Hardware installation and repair (HP, IBM, Dell).

Senior Systems Engineer (Herndon, VA): Candidates must possess excellent software development and troubleshooting skills on the Microsoft platform with an emphasis on Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET and C#. Experience with Microsoft Hosted Messaging and Collaboration (HMC) and the Microsoft Provisioning System (MPS) and Framework (MPF) are highly desirable, but not required. MCSD or MCSE preferred. Requires at least 7 years of experience developing software applications with Microsoft Visual Studio. Significant recent experience with Microsoft VS.NET (especially ASP.NET and C#) is required. NET Web Services/SOAP, XML, and VBScript are also required. Requires at least 5 years of experience with the design, development and support of software applications on the Microsoft platform. Recent experience with Windows 2000/2003 and Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server 2005 is a must. Exposure to Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 Server is strongly preferred. Experience with LDAP, ADSI, and CDO is strongly preferred.HTML, JavaScript, and web based user interface design desired. Requires at least two years of experience with relational database design and development, and SQL query and/or stored procedure development. Requires experience with defect tracking processes and tools, and with source code version control processes and tools.
