Inside Sales Representative (Herndon, VA) – The Apptix Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Apptix products and services by telephone, e-mail, online chat, or web form requests. The Inside Sales Representative will sell company capabilities and contribute to the development growth and profit of the company. The Inside Sales Representative will have a Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience and 1 to 2 years in a sales or sales support role. The Inside Sales Representative must have the ability to understand and negotiate the closing of sales and have a strong understanding of technical aspects of the company’s offerings.

Senior Systems Engineer (Herndon, VA) - The Apptix Senior Systems Engineer reports to the Manager of Engineering. As a member of the Engineering Team the Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for all production network, server, and applications. This includes design/build, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The Engineering team handles both R&D to improve existing production environments and to explore new technologies as well as Operational duties to maintain and optimize the current systems/environments. MCSE preferred, BS, CS, MIS or related degree or relevant experience. 10+ years technical experience with Exchange, SharePoint, and Windows Server in an enterprise production environment. 12+ years technical experience with server hardware installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

Billing Specialist (Herndon, VA) – the Apptix Billing Specialist reports to the Senior Billing Manager. The Billing Specialist will perform duties such as invoicing, collections and maintenance of accounts receivables. The position is responsible for processing and applying customer payments, researching and solving payment discrepancies, making adjustments to accounts as needed, generating and distributing invoices, tracking the status of outstanding invoices, performing customer account reconciliations, answering billing calls/questions, responding to and tracking customer inquiries through a ticketing system, processing customer payments and solving customer problems and participating in month end closing process. Candidates must have a minimum of an associate’s degree and 2 years related experience and/or training.

Customer Support Analyst (Herndon, VA) - The Support Analyst is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience on every interaction from initial on-boarding through the maintenance phase of the client lifecycle. The Support Analyst is also responsible for educating the client on administrative tools, on-boarding clients and ensuring both client side configurations and any data migration is coordinated and performed, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues submitted by clients via phone, email, or through web-based submissions. The Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring that satisfaction commitments are delivered to Apptix clients. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of call center experience, 2 to 4 years of experience using Microsoft Office suite and demonstrate a high level of understanding of Outlook, Entourage, Mobile device email transmissions and synchronization, email protocols, anti-virus software, and various network experience.
