Current Openings

Operations Technicians:
Responsible for maintaining Microsoft operations in a production ASP environment. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing Windows and Exchange 2000/2003 as well as SharePoint in an "always available" environment.

Technician Engineer:
Day-to-day contact point between end users and Apptix data center operations. Responsible for dealing with user queries and problems concerning IT services and for overseeing the restoration of normal service in the event of service incidents.

Customer Support Representative:

The Technical Support Center is the day-to-day contact point between end users and Apptix’s Data Center Operations. The Technical Support Center is responsible for dealing with users’ queries and problems concerning IT services and for overseeing the restoration of normal service in the event of service incidents.

Deliver excellent customer experience in order to retain and resolve customer concerns through phone calls, voicemail and email. Handle inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer excellence at all times.
